Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily following Chipotle's standards
- Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and food quality guidelines strictly
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Learn and apply proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Support company initiatives aimed at sustainable and responsible food sourcing
