Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required but previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers or microwaves
- Work confidently at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in food preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills
