Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required but previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers or microwaves
  • Work confidently at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards in food preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills
