Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • maintain reliable attendance
  • physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing kitchen tasks
  • comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • enthusiasm and friendly attitude
  • passion for cooking and serving others
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand using fresh ingredients
  • operate kitchen stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly dining atmosphere
  • follow health and safety standards in food handling
  • work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain restaurant operations
  • participate in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas
