As a Crew Member, you will be essential in preparing real food by hand every day using fresh ingredients without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will receive thorough training to confidently handle multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring that every customer enjoys exceptional service within a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to carry up to 25 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Right to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
