Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • passion for helping and serving others
  • desire to learn how to cook
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • strong communication skills

  • passion for customer service and food preparation
  • willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • prepare food by hand using fresh ingredients
  • operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • assist team members and support collaborative work environment
  • follow safety and hygiene standards
