Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Assist in maintaining stock and inventory levels
- Support training and mentoring of new crew members
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture
