Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Prepare real food daily by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for quality and food safety
- Participate in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
- Support company initiatives focused on sustainability and responsible sourcing
