Job Requirements

Minimum 16 years of age
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work around heat
ability to work in close quarters with others
physical ability to move throughout restaurant operations
able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
good verbal and written communication skills
capable of effective communication with management, guests, and co-workers
bi-lingual skills are a plus
ability to work in a team environment
ability to interact comfortably with guests
problem-solving skills
ability to meet performance standards for assigned duties
ability to take initiative
high personal integrity and respect towards others

Job Duties

Provide quality guest service adhering to all guidelines and procedures
work assigned stations accurately and productively while cleaning and stocking areas
prepare and deliver hot, quality food products according to menu standards
follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
meet job expectations to support restaurant sales and profits
support restaurant management decisions and perform additional duties as assigned
comply with all company policies, safety, and emergency procedures
