The role of a Cheba Hut Crew Member is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the brand at various store locations in Fort Collins, CO. This position is available on a regular basis as full-time or part-time employment, offering flexible hours ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week with shifts spanning days, evenings, and weekends according to business needs. Crew members receive competitive pay between $15.75 and $22.00 per hour, inclusive of tips. The position reports directly to the General Manager and involves working closely with a high-energy team that values hard work, positivity, and team collaboration. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for crafting delicious food by hand following established Cheba Hut recipes and quality standards. You will engage with customers, creating genuine interactions and striving to exceed their expectations by providing helpful information and excellent service. This role requires attention to food safety and sanitation, proper cash handling, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Occasional late-night or early-morning shifts may be required
  • Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
