Job Description
CORE team members are the backbone of restaurant operations at Glaser Group's McDonald's franchises. This role is essential in providing an exceptional guest experience as these employees perform in three critical areas: Production Leader (Kitchen), Drive-Thru Presenter, and Front of House Host. Recognized as 'moments of truth,' these positions represent the final opportunities to leave guests with a positive impression and maintain customer loyalty. CORE team members set the standard for professionalism, quality, service, and cleanliness, demonstrating ownership of their roles rather than just performing tasks. These individuals take pride in their work, lead by example, and ensure consistency during every shift, building trust through reliability and clear communication with scheduled shifts.
Working as a CORE team member means you are crucial to delivering the precision and hospitality expected at one of America's favorite food restaurants. Whether it is skillfully preparing food in the kitchen or welcoming guests with speed and accuracy, these team members create an environment that results in memorable visits. The role requires commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier guest service, ultimately keeping customers returning to Glaser Group’s McDonald's restaurants.
Besides operational responsibilities, CORE team members benefit from a supportive work environment with exclusive perks designed to promote well-being and growth. These benefits include 24/7 access to telemedicine for employees and their families, lucrative 401K plans, half-priced dine-in meals for employees and their families on specific evenings, and predictable schedules to balance work with life. Employees receive free meals with each shift, options for same-day pay or direct deposit, and bonus incentives to reward outstanding performance. Vacation and paid time off options are also available, with additional benefits like hourly wage reviews and monthly bonus opportunities for managers. The company fosters employee development by offering advancement opportunities and organizing team-building events, creating a vibrant workplace where individuals are appreciated on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Moreover, employees have access to the McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity Program, which supports educational advancement by providing 100% tuition coverage at Colorado Tech University and substantial tuition assistance for other educational choices. The program also helps employees earn their high school diplomas and participate in English language programs, underpinning the company's investment in long-term employee success. McDonald’s team members enjoy a national 30% food discount, enhancing their overall employment experience.
Applicants should be aware that this job is with an independent franchisee of McDonald's, owned and operated separately from McDonald's USA. This franchisee is responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, and scheduling. Applicants must meet the stated age and legal requirements, pass a background check, and understand that their application will be reviewed strictly by the franchisee's hiring team. This understanding highlights the autonomy of the franchisee while leveraging McDonald’s brand and operational standards for a rewarding employment opportunity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
