Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
  • Must comply with all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion for food preparation and serving others
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for diners
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and food quality standards
  • Support operational goals by efficiently managing time and resources
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the workplace
