Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
- Must comply with all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for food preparation and serving others
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for diners
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and food quality standards
- Support operational goals by efficiently managing time and resources
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the workplace
