Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Ability to use headset for taking customer orders or receiving direction
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt productively to change
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
