This position benefits from competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, along with eligibility for digital tips. Additionally, Chipotle offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the personal and professional growth of its employees. This includes tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free meals during shifts, medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and opportunities for full and part-time work.
