This position involves hands-on food preparation with no reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers, emphasizing fresh, real food made daily. Trainees will gain confidence working at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations. Team members play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere that customers appreciate. The base pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips and a competitive benefits package.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- have a passion for helping and serving others
- desire to learn how to cook
- legally authorized to work in the hiring location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
