This position involves hands-on food preparation with no reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers, emphasizing fresh, real food made daily. Trainees will gain confidence working at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations. Team members play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere that customers appreciate. Our employees are encouraged to bring a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, passion for helping others, and a desire to learn and grow in their role. The base pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips and a competitive benefits package.
