Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- Pass any required background checks and comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for cooking and learning food preparation techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Support company policies and actively contribute to a positive work environment
