Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
- Pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning cooking skills and providing excellent service
- Team player with a positive, friendly attitude
- Commitment to upholding company values of sustainability and inclusivity
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand each day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Follow all operational and safety procedures to meet company standards
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
- Support efforts to foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equity
