Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
  • Pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning cooking skills and providing excellent service
  • Team player with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Commitment to upholding company values of sustainability and inclusivity

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand each day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure food safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
  • Follow all operational and safety procedures to meet company standards
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
