Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Desire to learn cooking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- Previous experience in food service roles is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow food safety and quality standards consistently
- Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous learning
