Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food handling is a plus but not required

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and efficient restaurant operation
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to sustainability and quality
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills
