Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and sanitary regulations to maintain clean and safe work areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient restaurant operation
- Handle cash and digital tips accurately and responsibly
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and advance within the company
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
