Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Support team members and collaborate to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- Engage in training to develop cooking and service skills
- Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
