Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Pass background check as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality food by hand daily
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Promote a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive workplace culture
- Uphold company standards in food safety and quality
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
