Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and dining areas
- Support efforts in sustainable and responsible food sourcing
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all food preparation and handling
