Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or fast-paced environments a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow clean and sanitary practices in food preparation and restaurant maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Support efforts to uphold Chipotle’s commitment to sustainability and quality
