Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Reliable availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and be active for extended periods

- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Attend and complete all training sessions and development programs
- Support efforts to shift the future of farming and food through sustainable practices
