Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Reliable availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and be active for extended periods

  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening if applicable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients
  • Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Attend and complete all training sessions and development programs
  • Support efforts to shift the future of farming and food through sustainable practices
