The role available is for a Papa Murphy's Pizza Crew Member, a vital position responsible for all duties related to preparing, assembling, and delivering the take-and-bake pizza orders to customers. This position demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is attentive to detail, and is friendly in customer interactions. The crew member is tasked with multiple key responsibilities including working at various counter stations, following portion control charts for pizza making, ensuring order accuracy, and adhering to strict sanitation and food handling procedures. They play a significant role in enhancing guest experience by maintaining timely delivery within the 6-minute service standard, assisting guests with orders, and ensuring the cleanliness and preparedness of their workstations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • able to read, write and communicate effectively at work
  • basic math skills required
  • able to maintain reasonable attendance
  • able to arrive at scheduled times
  • able to build and maintain positive relationships
  • able to perform bending and movement throughout the workday
  • able to lift 30 pounds to shoulder height
  • able to perform cleaning duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location
  • basic math skills
  • able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
  • able to maintain reasonable attendance and punctuality
  • able to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting
  • able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping and restocking

Job Duties

  • Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
  • work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
  • read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
  • make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within average time standards
  • interact with guests as appropriate
  • wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
  • give verbal baking instructions to guests and thank them
  • provide orders to guests within the 6-minute door to door service time
  • assist guests with carrying pizzas to their cars or holding doors
  • keep assigned areas neat, clean and well stocked
  • follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
  • perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
  • perform opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
  • perform any other job-related duties directed by supervisor
  • may perform cashier or prep duties
