Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
No previous experience necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capable of withstanding changes in temperature and working in confined spaces
Possess hearing, visual, and sensory skills to observe emergency situations and distinguish food quality
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work with limited supervision

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain open relationships with employees
Effective communication skills to interact positively and professionally with team members and management
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Detail oriented with a strong focus on food safety and quality
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision

Job Duties

Provide customer service including executing the Little Caesars Customer Promise with a smile every time
Execute suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience
Provide accurate orders 100% of the time
Deliver perfect pizza by following all standard operating procedures and recipes
Execute daily food preparation tasks
Ensure consistent food quality and deliver Hot-N-Ready pizzas
Maintain personal hygiene and food safety standards
Use daily and weekly checklists and technology to maintain cleanliness
Clean as you go throughout the shift
Deliver spotless restaurant cleanliness
Keep the manager on duty informed of any issues or positive events promptly
Support a positive working environment through positive actions
Perform all responsibilities and meet performance objectives in accordance with company policies
Maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative working atmosphere
