We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable crew members to join our team. Crew members play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by performing a variety of tasks before, during, and after each cruise. Prior to the cruise, crew members assist by loading food and beverages onto the yachts, setting up the buffet serving areas, and preparing the cabin to welcome guests. During the cruise, you will serve food and drinks, handle guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and keep the boat clean. Crew members also provide guests with information about the menu and respond to their needs to ensure complete satisfaction.

After each cruise, the team collaborates to clean the boat thoroughly, wash dishes, and perform any additional tasks necessary to prepare the vessel for future trips. This role requires flexibility as the schedules vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours can range from 10 to 35 per week based on availability and the cruise schedule. No prior restaurant or service industry experience is required, as training is provided for all necessary skills. Instead, Betty Lou's values attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor, as these qualities are essential for delivering the exceptional service their guests have come to expect.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that combines customer service with the pleasure of working on the water. Crew members must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They must be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. A valid driver’s license and fluency in English are mandatory due to the nature of the job and to comply with safety and service regulations. Additionally, all crew members must be at least 18 years old to meet alcohol service legal requirements.
