Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work flexible hours
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn extensive cooking skills
- Effective communication skills in the primary work language
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety guidelines during food preparation and service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support new team members by sharing knowledge and training
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
