Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school or higher education preferred
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and possibly opening and closing shifts
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat and others in close quarters
- ability to move throughout the restaurant to work specific stations or perform assigned tasks
- able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Duties
- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- works assigned position(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the assigned area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures that all guests receive hot, quality food
- prepares, packages, and delivers all products according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures including food preparation and follows all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
