Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various food preparation stations
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Adherence to safety, cleanliness, and food handling protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for food and customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various kitchen stations including grill, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Operate the cash register handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restaurant cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Follow Chipotle’s high-quality food preparation standards without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and prepare for potential advancement opportunities
