Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and food safety standards
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking skills extensively
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Prior experience in food service is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently on various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and help maintain cleanliness and organization
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities
- Contribute to a positive work environment aligned with company values
