Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required

  • basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
  • follow food safety and cleanliness standards
  • assist in training new team members
  • handle cash and digital payments accurately
  • work collaboratively with team members to meet restaurant goals
  • maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
