Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
desire to learn how to cook extensively
availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or food preparation a plus but not required
ability to work in fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
capacity to maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide friendly and efficient customer service
maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
follow safety and hygiene guidelines
assist team members and support a collaborative work environment
handle transactions accurately and efficiently
participate in ongoing training and development programs
