Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Desire to learn cooking skills
  • Availability for full or part-time shifts
  • Commitment to adhere to food safety and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for customer service and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop confidence and skills in food preparation and service
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience
  • Support company mission by embodying values of responsibility, sustainability, and inclusivity
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
