Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking skills
- Availability for full or part-time shifts
- Commitment to adhere to food safety and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for customer service and teamwork
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in comprehensive training to develop confidence and skills in food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience
- Support company mission by embodying values of responsibility, sustainability, and inclusivity
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
