Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and serving others

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Continuously learn and improve cooking skills
  • Support the restaurant’s mission and values in daily activities
