Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required

  • ability to follow instructions and adapt to various roles within the restaurant

Job Duties

  • prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • follow health and safety guidelines to maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety
  • collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • participate in ongoing training to develop skills and advance career
  • assist with basic restaurant tasks such as dishwashing and stocking supplies
  • contribute to upholding company standards of quality and customer experience
