Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Learn and adapt quickly through provided training programs
- Support sustainability and company mission initiatives
- Assist in day-to-day operations and inventory management
