Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast-food or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to adhering to food safety standards and company policies
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards
- Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards, including bagging orders for drive-thru customers, assembling orders on trays for dining room customers, and preparing mobile and delivery orders
- Operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company standards, following all policies and procedures for payment handling
- Interacting with customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
- Completing assigned cleaning tasks to maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene
- Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables, and condiments for sandwich stations and preparing salads
- Conducting cleaning and preparation duties necessary to open and close the restaurant
- Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the day to ensure smooth operations
