Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and adapt to training programs
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Previous experience in food service roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle’s health and safety standards
- Learn and apply proper food preparation techniques
- Participate in team collaboration and communication
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
- Support other team members as needed
