Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- desire to learn how to cook extensively
- legal eligibility to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
Job Duties
- Train and work competently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and efficient environment
- support efforts to uphold Chipotle's standards of food quality and safety
- participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance skills
- contribute to a culture of respect, inclusion, and teamwork
