The base pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees’ well-being and career advancement. Chipotle’s supportive work environment also includes tuition assistance covering 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off including holiday closures.
