Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands for handling items
- Ability to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl

Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using American money and measurement units
- Ability to apply common sense in carrying out instructions
- Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables
- Crew Leader Certification (optional)
- Shift Supervisor Certification (optional)
Job Duties
- Provide service and guest courtesy that exceeds customer expectations
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Suggest menu items and answer questions about products
- Record customers orders accurately
- Stage customers in serpentine area to maintain smooth flow
- Select and assemble requested food items on serving tray or takeout bag
- Serve cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
- Receive payment and process transactions
- Assist customers with questions or complaints
- Retrieve raw food stock and place at appropriate station
- Perform food preparation duties
- Maintain orderly eating and serving areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
