Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and advance career
