Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform tasks at multiple restaurant stations
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Follow company policies regarding food safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- No prior experience required but previous food service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards ensuring fresh food preparation
- Learn and apply proper cooking techniques and recipes as trained
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle transactions efficiently at the cashier station and manage digital tips
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, enthusiastic workplace culture
