Job Requirements

- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- learn and follow Chipotle's food safety and preparation standards
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- manage transactions accurately at the cashier station
- participate in training and development opportunities
