Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness according to company standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's values by promoting sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Assist in training and supporting new crew members
