Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards in a food service environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn multiple roles
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills are beneficial but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at any assigned station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence in various roles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to food safety standards
- Support team members and contribute positively to team culture
- Uphold Chipotle’s values of inclusion, diversity, and sustainability
- Engage with customers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately
