Job Requirements

Must be 16 years old or older
No prior experience required
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
Capability to lift at least 20 pounds
Ability to work in environments with high heat and cooking materials
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Effective communication and numerical skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred but not required
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Certification as Crew Leader or Shift Supervisor is a plus
