Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass a background check if applicable
- Adhere to company safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and apply cooking techniques
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of microwaves, freezers or can openers
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Promote and support company sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance in career path
- Assist in handling digital tips and transactions
