Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check as required
- Provide reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn how to cook
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day according to standard recipes
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in training and development programs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
